How do I use Discount Coupons/Gift Certificates?
1. Choose items and add them to shopping cart
2. When in Shopping Cart, press Checkout
3. Create a Customer Account or Log In
4. Choose Shipping Method and click Continue
5. When choosing Payment Method you will see a box for Promotional Codes. Enter your discount code there and click Confirm Order
How do I reserve items online?
Item reservation at Drum Space is simple and straight forward.
In order to reserve items please follow these steps:
1. Choose items and add them to shopping cart
2. When in Shopping Cart, press Checkout
3. Create a Customer Account or Log In
4. Choose Shipping Method and click Continue
5. Choose Payment Method: Reserve with 15% deposit and click Continue
6. Make a note of 15% deposit and 85% remainder amounts and click Confirm Order
7. Transfer the 15% deposit to our PayPal or Bank Account.
8. Items will be reserved for 30 Days once the deposit is cleared into our PayPal or Bank Account.
9. Full payment must be received within the 30 Days, otherwise the goods will be released into stock for general sale and you will forfeit your deposit. We will ship items once full payment is paid.
What to do if I did not receive a 5% discount coupon for newsletter subscription?
Simply contact us and we will re-send it.
What do (Ex-demo) and (Used) actually mean?
We sell products in a variety of condition levels. If you prefer to buy only brand new items, we can fulfill your needs. However, our goal is to offer products that provide the utmost in value. Please note that we NEVER sell inferior products, that`s a promise. We offer the following condition levels:
New items (not marked) -
These products are brand new and sealed in their factory packaging.
(Ex-demo) -
These products have been used for display and might be tried out for several times. They merely have any usage and often come in original packaging.
(Used) -
The product has been used or gigged. Often those are sourced through part-exchanges or bought from drummers who wanted to upgrade their gear.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge for shipping depending on item`s weight and size. You can check shipping costs by clicking on Estimate Shipping button which is located on each item`s page. You will be advised about exact postage charges during the checkout.
How long will my order take?
We try our best to get your order to you within 24 hours, generally you will be informed of the day the goods will be delivered. We use Royal Mail couriers which are one of the UK`s best couriers.
How do I know if the product is right for me?
We will talk through your order with you and give you expert advise. We have knowledgeable staff who are drummers themselves to advise you on any product you are interested in. If you can`t decide which
